Rodrigo Palacios

Rodrigo Palacios has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with postgraduate studies in Real Estate Project Evaluation from the University of Chile. Rodrigo is a licenced Sales Associate in the State of Florida, with 25 years of experience in the Chilean and North American real estate markets.

His mission is to provide valuable advice that allows his clients to optimize the risk-return relationship in every real estate investment. Thanks to this vision, Rodrigo has been able to work with the most important companies in Real Estate, such as Colliers, Related ISG, and Broker’s. He was also a managing partner at Baraona & Asociados, a company specializing in bank appraisals in Santiago de Chile, allowing him to be a consultant for major credit institutions and a broker of commercial and residential real estate assets for qualified investors. Between 2015 and 2023, he has successfully and profitably managed real estate transactions totaling U$60,000,000.
